Two days of yoga and mindfulness workshop will be combination of theory (yogic philosophy, science of body alignment, the importance of right posture, reducing hyperactivity, inattentiveness, improve sleep cycle and enhance brain function) and practical (introduce the basic yoga postures, its benefit and limitation).


Why Yoga? And why it’s important to teach from a very young age?


Researchers shows that teaching yoga to children can help improve their behavior, attention, focus, social skills, and physically strength. Physical and motor development in early childhood is very influential in shaping the child personality and development thoroughly. School and college going students may have youth on the side but that does not mean they are spared from the stress and pressure that effects on all the systems of the body including musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, gastrointestinal nervous and reproductive systems etc.
